Hello! We are three young professionals living in a big beautiful house together, who are looking for 2-3 housemates: two rooms in our shared villa will be available for rent from the start of summer (July/August). We are in our late 20's and come from Italy, Sweden and Switzerland, two of us doing software engineering and the third doing a PhD in neuroscience. The house is a short walk (8 minutes) from Norrviken pendeltågsstation, and it takes about 25 minutes to T-Centralen. We don't have any pets but if you want to bring one and they are reasonably well behaved we'd love to have them. We appreciate the communal aspect of sharing a living space, and would like to have other housemates who likewise can enjoy hanging out. We like doing outdoor activities together like climbing, badminton, barbecues, and exploring Sweden's nature. When at home we like to cook together, watch movies, and play board games with some friends. We have a good house dynamic, and like to keep things clean and tidy. We're renting out 1 big room and 1 smaller room with the rent for the smaller being 6300kr and 8600kr for the bigger. This includes all utilities, fast internet and cleaning every 2 weeks. However the final rent may vary depending on how many people join the house (the big room is suitable for a couple if they so choose). The rooms all currently have a double bed (but can be swapped for a single bed if desired), the big room has an en-suite bathroom, and both have a desk and lots of storage space. We have a first-hand contract that you'll be signing jointly with all the housemates. The rest of the house has a spacious kitchen, several “chill-out” spots, a large garden, terrace, BBQ and a bike shed. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for daily life. We've got 3 common bathroom and 1 shower shared between 3 of us while 2 rooms have their own en-suite with shower and WC. If you’re interested then get in touch!
