Located on Teleborg campus, but in a quieter apartment complex (neither I nor the neighbors party much or make a lot of noise). 🏞️☀️ There is a barbecue area, laundry room, parking spaces, and bike racks. 🚲🚗 Since I have storage space, I can adjust which items stay in the apartment if you want to bring your own furniture. Of course, I’ll remove my clothes, towels, and bed linens. Everything kitchen-related is included. WiFi needs to be arranged by the tenant. The apartment is insured. I rent from Heimstaden and have a first-hand contract, which means this will be a sublease approved by Heimstaden. I’m flexible with most things! ☺️☀️ And the reason I'm renting out this is due to an internship within my masters program.
