Hej, Jag hyr ut min lägenhet på 53 kvm mellan augusti/september 2026 och juni 2027. Det är en fin 2a på första våningen av Måsvägen 12 C i ett lugnt område nära park, Nova köpcentrum och Lund C. Lägenheten hyrs ut fullt möblerad (exakt möblemang kan dock diskuteras) och har gott om förvaring. Jag har själv katt och balkongen är innätad, så husdjur är inga problem, men jag ser gärna att du som hyresgäst är rökfri. Det finns tvättstuga i samma hus samt tillgång till fina uteplatser med grill. Lägenheten är tänkt för max två personer. Hyra: 11 000/månad Värme, vatten, el och internet ingår. Hello, I am renting out my 2 room apartment of 53 m2 between August/September 2026 and June 2027. It is located on the first floor of Måsvägen 12 C, close to parks, shopping mall and Lund C. The apartment is fully furnished (exact furniture can be discussed though) and has plenty of storage space. I have a cat myself and the balcony is netted in, so pets are no problem, though smoking is not allowed. There is a laundry room in the same house and access to nice outdoor areas with grills. The apartment is for a maximum of two people. Rent: 11 000/month Heating, water, electricity and internet included.
