Hi, I have a 3 room apartment at Linerotorg in Lund and I am renting my extra room, a 9 sqm bedroom, with an in-built wardrobe and a desk with drawers. Bed might be provided, but it is to be confirmed. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and can be shared, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a storage unit with space in the basement and a two fully equipped laundry rooms. It has a open concept kitchen/ living room with a large enclosed balcony and windows. It faces south facade, making the balcony a great place to sit in the morning. The location is very good, many amenities nearby, such as ICA, gym, library, vårdcentral, pharmacy and a large green area with park and a lake and several running trail. Also located 20min bus ride from Skrylle, an amazing park for running and barbecue. In the rent is included internet. Water and Electricity should be divided according to monthly bills. Rent include all utility bills (Water, Electricity and Internet). I live alone with a medium size dog, who is very friendly and loves to cuddle. I work from home, so I spend a lot of time at home and travel a few times per year. I am also a vegan, love to play boardgames, run and hike.
