Hiss finns samt en lugn fin innergård med trädgård som får nyttjas av boende. Busstation till Malmö och Lund C finns runt hörnet. Gång-/cykelavstånd till centrum, stadsparken, Lunds universitet och LTH. Lägenheten uthyres omöblerad till icke rökare utan husdjur och inga betalningsanmärkningar. We're renting out a 2 room apartment on the 3rd floor in central Lund. The apartment has a large balcony and is located close to the central park. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and lots of storage space. At the ground floor you'll find the laundry room. The building has an elevator and a nice garden which can be used by the residents. Busses going to Lund C and Malmö are right around the corner. You can walk or bicycle to central Lund, Lund University and LTH. The apartment is rented out unfurnished to non-smokers with no pets. Electricity is paid for by the tenant.
