I am renting out my apartment, because I moved in with my partner in The Netherlands a while ago. The apartment is fully furnished, and almost completely equipped (e.g. microwave, kettle, tableware, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc will be available, if needed ). The bed is a PLATSA system from IKEA and is 140 cm wide. However, any furniture can be changed according to the wishes of the tenant. Heating is included. Internet is included as well. Electricity is not included, and will probably costs around 300 kr per month, depending on your usage. There is space outside to park a bike, and inside to store it for longer periods. There is the possibility to get a parking spot either outside, or in an underground garage for a car. It is located on the ground floor, and has an 'uteplats'. You are a 5 minute walk away from a large bus- and metro station (Danderyds Sjukhus; on the red line), with a lot of connections to the rest of Stockholm: e.g., it's only a 5 minute bus ride to SU or KTH. Also, by bike it only takes 15 -20 minutes to get to SU or KTH, which makes it an ideal location for students or expats working at SU or KTH. It will be available from the 1st of July. Viewing is possible 16th-20th of June, because I will be in Stockholm those days.
