Enjoy our 3 room fully furnished apartment around 78 Square meter on 6th floor (top floor) while we are away from Sweden for 1 month (between 25th June 2026 to 7th Aug 2026). However we can discuss the time period you want to stay within this mentioned timeline. You can be a family of 4 members or 2-3 individuals or a group of 3-4 students. It's just beside Helenalund Pendeltåg Station and bus stand. It takes 12 minutes to reach T-centralen by pendeltåg and 5 minutes to reach Kista by bus. You can enjoy nice view from balcony and the evening sun. Apartment space: ● 2 bed rooms ● 1 big living room ● Open kitchen with dining space ●1 Bathroom ●1 Balcony surrounded with glass Amenities: ● 65 inch LG TV with IpTv ● Roborock ●Washing machine ● Dishwasher ● Shared washing room ● Cycle room Period of rent: 25th June 2026 to 7th Aug 2026 (1 month). Exact days can be discussed as long as that stays within this time line. Electricity up to 600 SEK is included in rent. More than that you need to pay. We usually get around 500 during summer.
