Description

I’m renting out a room in my apartment, which is located near Gullmarsplan with access to the metro, light rail, and bus connections. The building is adjacent to the Årsta nature reserve. It's a 20-minute walk to Södermalm. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table, chair, armchair and a bookshelf with cabinets. I rent it to a female international exchange student during the autumn semester. The rent is 6000 SEK per month, and the room is available from August - January. The rent includes access to the toilet and a bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you'll have your own fridge. Electricity, internet and some consumables are also included. In the basement, there is a shared laundry room, a sauna, and space for a bicycle. I’m friendly and organized. My 12-year-old son lives with me half the time. He’s also friendly and used to living with a tenant. You should be able to show proof of stable income/good finances/CSN (student aid).
