I am renting out my 2-room apartment located 5 min walk from the Årstaberg pendeltåg station (2 stops from Stockholm central). Initial rental is one year and can be extended to 2 years. The building is built in 2006. The apartment is well maintained and furnished, including all bedroom and living furnitures, dishwasher, laundry machine, and a piano if you like playing. The neighbourhood is upper middle-classed, which is walking distance to the nature, running paths, outdoor gym (Årsta Parken and Sjöviken), as well as grocery store, restaurant, and shopping centre (Liljeholmstorget). You have access to pendeltåg, tvärbanna, and bus within 5 min walk. I'm looking for someone that have good living habits and who are responsible and easy to communicate with :)
