The apartment is laid out as a comfortable, well-proportioned flat with a clear separation between living and sleeping areas. The living room is the heart of the home — centred around a recliner sofa and a 100" TV, it's a genuinely great place to unwind. The bedroom fits a generous 180×220 cm king-size bed with room to move. The kitchen and bathroom are separate and fully functional. Natural light comes in well, giving the flat a bright, airy feel throughout the summer months. Location The apartment is in Odenplan, Vasastaden — about a 5-minute walk from Odenplan metro station (both the green and blue lines). You are in the middle of Stockholm with easy access to everywhere. Cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks are all within walking distance. It doesn't get more central than this without being in the tourist crowds. Communication I aim to respond within a few hours, and at most within 24 hours. I'm happy to answer any questions before you move in, and I'll make sure the handover is smooth and well-organised. During my time away I will be reachable by message if anything comes up — I want you to feel comfortable and settled from day one. Why I'm renting out I'm going on an extended holiday this summer and rather than leaving a good apartment empty, I'd like it to be enjoyed by someone who genuinely needs a home in Stockholm. I take good care of my flat and I'm looking for a tenant who will do the same. This isn't a commercial operation — just a straightforward, honest short let between two adults.
