Cosy, furnished room to rent in our Södermalm collective of 3 from 1st July - indefinitely! We are 2 females and 1 male working in the the fields of science, sustainability and music. The room comes with a desk, bed and wardrobe. The apartment is right on top of Södra Station and within 9-min walk to Mariatorget and Medborgarplatsen. You'll of course have access to the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and balcony. The building has a guest flat, laundry room, an event space, inner court yard with BBQ and a basement sauna! We prefer someone who works/studies full-time and spends most weekdays at their workplace/university. Rent 6.700kr/month includes broadband and electricity.
