**Hey everyone! ** I was fortunate enough to secure a 3-room apartment through Uppsala Bostadsförmedling, and I'm now looking for a female roommate to share it with! **Location:** Väktargatan 36B (about 2 km from Ekonomikum) **About the apartment:** * 2 bedrooms * Separate kitchen * Living room * Ground-floor apartment with a small private patio I've attached the floor plan and a video kindly sent by the current tenant. **A few important things to know:** **Pets** * You must not be allergic to dogs, as I'll be bringing my small dog with me. * I will gladly give priority to fellow pet owners, since I know how challenging it can be to find pet-friendly housing. * My dog gets along well with both dogs and cats. **My mom's stay** * My mom will help me settle in and will stay with me for approximately the first three months, so I'd love to find someone who is comfortable with that arrangement. * During that period, she will share my bedroom with me. **Furniture** * The apartment is **unfurnished**. * I will take the smaller bedroom (the one next to the kitchen, with the closet). * Ideally, I'd like to find someone willing to split the cost of furnishing the kitchen and living room. * Alternatively, if you would prefer those common areas already furnished, we could discuss a slightly higher rent contribution. * You would be responsible for furnishing your own bedroom. **Costs** * Total rent for the apartment is **8,412 SEK/month**. * Rent does not include electricity, internet, or home insurance, so those costs would be shared. * Since my mom will be staying with me initially, I'm happy to cover a larger share of the electricity bill during those first months. **Looking for a long-term roommate** * Ideally, I'd love to find someone who plans to stay for **at least one year**, as I'm hoping for a stable and comfortable living arrangement for both of us. **Interested?** Tell me a little about who you are, what you'll be doing in Uppsala, your lifestyle, hobbies, and whether you have any pets.
