Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to rent out the bedroom in my cozy 56 m² apartment located in Bergsjön. You’ll have your own private bedroom but kitchen, bathroom, and balcony will be shared. I’ll be using sitting room as my private space. Rent: The rent is 5,700 SEK/month, and that includes everything: Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, water, and electricity, so no extra bills to worry about. Location: The apartment is just 20 minutes by bus from Gothenburg city center. and 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, grocery store, and barber, and only 5 minutes’ walk from a beautiful lake, perfect for nature walks and relaxation. Neighborhood is surrounded by natures and has very friendly neighbors. A bit about me: I’m in my second year of a master’s in Financial and Accounting Management at the University of Gothenburg, and I also work full-time as a Bartender, so I’m usually not home much.
