Ramberget is just a stone's throw away, a great spot to take in the amazing view over Gothenburg. What's included: The rent includes hot and cold water, heating, and WiFi. Electricity: Electricity is billed separately based on actual usage. I keep my existing electricity contract and receive the monthly bills from the grid company, covering both the network/grid fee and the electricity consumed—which I then forward to you to pay. The amount listed here is only an estimate based on the highest month in my billing history; the actual cost will vary depending on how much electricity you use.
