Jag hyr ut min lägenhet på Daltorpsgatan 47A i Örgryte/Bö under cirka ett år, då jag ska provbo på annan ort i samband med arbete. Lägenheten är 36 kvm, ljus och välplanerad med en trivsam planlösning, fina golv och en balkong med grön utsikt. Bostaden hyrs ut möblerad, och exakt vilka möbler som ingår kommer vi överens om tillsammans. Internet, el och värme ingår i hyran. Till lägenheten hör även förråd, och det finns cykelrum i föreningen. Gemensam tvättstuga finns i huset/föreningen. Parkering finns inte som egen plats, men det är gratis parkering på gatan i området. Bostaden ligger i ett mycket lugnt och trevligt villa-/radhusområde i Örgryte/Bö. Här bor du nära grönområden, natur och motionsspår, bland annat i närhet av Skatås. Det finns även goda kommunikationer i närheten med både buss och spårvagn till centrala Göteborg, Korsvägen, Chalmers och övriga delar av staden. Jag söker en lugn, skötsam och ansvarstagande hyresgäst som uppskattar ett tryggt och harmoniskt boende. There is no private parking space included, but free street parking is available in the area. The apartment is located in a very quiet and pleasant villa/townhouse area in Örgryte/Bö. You will be close to green areas, nature and running trails, including the Skatås area. There are also good public transport connections nearby, with both buses and trams to central Gothenburg, Korsvägen, Chalmers and other parts of the city.
