Hey all, we have TWO rooms available for short term rent during different periods this summer in our cosy collective called ’luftslottet’ located in Malmö, Davidshall (close to Triangeln Station). Room 1 is available 3 months/period: 1 JUNE - 31 AUGUST (with possibility for extension) Room 2 is available 1.5 months/period: 1 JULY - 17th AUGUST The rooms are rented out fully furnished, each room costs 4500kr/month (rent 4050kr/month and 450kr/month for bills (electricity and internet) plus common food and household items) We live in a 5 bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor with 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, a large living room, spacious kitchen, laundry in the apartment as well as access to a gym and sauna in the apartment complex. A bike for you to borrow during your stay can also be arranged if needed! We are a vegetarian/vegan collective and do not have any pets and do not allow any due to allergies . We’re all good friends and although everyone has quite hectic schedules we like to hang out and have common dinners and gatherings, go dancing, watch movies, balcony gardening, go out to events etc.
