Price: 6500 Size: 16m2 Street: Grönegatan Available: June 1 (or some days before) Hello. I am hoping to rent out my room for the month of June as I hope to travel. There is another room you would be able to move into here once I'm back that's more long-term . The apartment is on floor 4 and the room I'm renting out is 16m2 in size with built in wardrobe space, desk and a 120 bed. The location is incredibly convenient as it's a short 10 min walk to central station and 1 minute away is Caroli shopping centre with an Ica Kvantum and Lidl as well as a gym (Nordic Wellness). There is one other person living here so the space will be shared with her (kitchen and bathroom, you will have your own private toilet) I am looking for an orderly, respectful and tidy tenant. Would appreciate this being a fast agreement :)
