Are you looking for a short-term rental over summer? I am renting out the spare room in my flat from mid-June until the end of July (longer period may also be possible). The bedroom is quite small but I will be away so you will have the flat to yourself. The room is fully furnished with a single bed (90x200), shelves, and desk, along with a built-in storage cupboard and its own access to the balcony. The flat is 1 min walk from the bus stop and 3 min bus ride or 5 min bike ride to Malmo C. Värnhem bus station is a 5-min walk which has local and regional buses including to Lund. There are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It's on the 5th (top) floor with a lift and the bedroom is on the back so pretty quiet. You must have clean habits and keep the flat in a good condition. Non-smoker, no pets (unless it's a goldfish maybe! ), and no parties allowed. The flat is meat-free so would suit someone with a vegetarian/vegan diet. Rent 5600 SEK per month plus bills (electric, gas and internet).
