Room for rent in Gothenburg (House) Hej, I’m renting out my room in a spacious house in Lundby for around 6 months, with flexible dates from mid-June to mid-January. Perfect for a student or someone looking for a comfortable place in Gothenburg for a few months. The house has a large garden, big shared living room, large kitchen, two bathrooms, and three separate bedrooms upstairs. It’s shared with two other students. Location: Right next to Eketregatan tram stop and Volvo. Around 10 minutes to Nordstan/central Gothenburg, with direct trams to Handelshögskolan GU and Chalmers. There are also several Nordic Wellness gyms nearby, including the biggest one in Gothenburg, about 5 minutes away by tram. Room: The room comes furnished with the bed, table, and furniture shown ( I can provide pictures in DMs) Rent: 6,500 SEK/month, flexible for negotiation. Utilities are shared between roommates and usually cost around 400–900 SEK/month during autumn. Extra: Laundry room and dryer in the basement. There are also a few footballs and an inflatable pool if you’re into sports.
