Boende Olskroken, 2rum 65m2 English below. Jag har ett rum i en större lägenhet i Olskroken dit jag veckopendlar. Nu står resten av lägenheten tom och redo för inflytt! Den egna boendeytan omfattar 2 stora rum om ca 65m2 + balkong mot innergård. Rummen ligger i fil och går att avgränsa helt med dörrar. Hall, badrum och kök delas med mig de dagar jag är där. Superfin, möblerad lägenhet (går delvis ändra möblering om det önskas). Sängen går att dela upp till två enkelsängar. Värme, vatten och internet ingår i hyran. Går att hyra tillsvidare. Lämpligt för 2 personer, 7000/person. ———————————————————— I have a room in a larger apartment in Olskroken where I stay during the workweek. The rest of the apartment is now available and ready for move-in! The private living area consists of two large rooms of approximately 65 sqm in total, plus a balcony facing the courtyard. The rooms are connected (en suite style) and can be completely separated with doors from the rest of the flat. The hallway, bathroom, and kitchen are shared with me on the days I am staying there. It is a very nice, fully furnished apartment (some furniture can be adjusted if desired). The bed can be separated into two single beds. Heating, water, and internet are included in the rent. The apartment is available for long-term rental. Suitable for two people, 7000 SEK per person.
