**Room for Students.** This house is located in Tuve in a nice and quiet part of Gothenburg close to nature. In about 500 meters you have a forest/park (Hisingsparken) where there are small paths for walking and running with lights when it is dark. There is also a gym, soccer fields and a hall for ice skating. 10 min walk to Tuve Torg it is a center with different stores. As of August 1st there are three rooms available in the apartment. The rooms are fully furnished. Shared areas include a kitchen/living room, shower + toilet, toilet and laundry facilities. The shared areas (floors and bathrooms) are cleaned by professionals every second week. The tenants have their own entrance at the ground floor and may use the garden freely. The bus stops is a short walk from the house. Line 35 and 37 goes to Lindholmen. Bus 17 runs more frequently and through the night. The buses/trams take about 30 min to the Lindholmen or to the city.
