Charming renovated 1940’s house with garden in peaceful Dannike **We’re currently re-painting everything and doing a full bathroom renovation. Interior pictures with furniture and decorations were taken before the renovation. There are some current pictures taken during the ongoing renovation, I’ll update them as we progress..** Welcome to this charming detached house from 1946, located in a quiet and green area in Dannike. The house was carefully renovated in 2005 with new electricity, piping, walls, ceilings and floors. The old fishbone parquet and fireplace still intact. We are currently re-painting all surfaces and installing brand new bathroom interiors. This home is perfect for someone who wants the calm feeling of living in a house rather than an apartment, with access to nature and a private garden. Distance by car: • 15–20 minutes to Borås • About 45 minutes to Gothenburg A car is recommended for convenience, although there are also bus connections to Borås. Electricity The heating is from a brand new air heater pump and there are back up radiators (oil filled electrical type) in case of very cold winter days. Electricity is not included in the rent. Why we are renting it out We plan to spend extended periods abroad, so we are looking for a responsible and reliable long-term tenant who will appreciate the house and take good care of it as if it were their own home.
