I'am looking for a tenant as lodger in my two-bedroom, two-floor apartment near Ribersborg Beach in Malmö and Atrium. The apartament is a duplex with a shared kitchen. The rental is possible for 1 person (9000SEK) or for 2 ppl max (12000 SEK). You will have the entire top floor for yourself, and a private bathroom. The top floor consist of a room, a specious living room and a bathroom. I will make a LODGER contract because we share the kitchen which is at on the ground floor, and live together in the apartment. I will use the downstairs area including my private room spontaneously as I have professional collaborators in the area, but very likely I will not be present for weeks. It is a two-bedroom apartment of 92 m2 in a beautiful 1910 high-ceiling brick building, with two bathrooms!, two very nice hip cafes just outside the door, and 5 minutes to Triangeln station by bike. This area of up-and-coming Malmö is very nice and a beautiful park, kids’ playground, wine bars, interesting restaurants (and a fantastic beach:-) are all within walking distance. The direct neighbors in the house are international, lovely academics, designers, etc., and the atmosphere in the house is great. More pictures are available upon request. I work as a scientist. I can show the place preferably from Friday, October 3th to Sunday, October 5th or later after an agreement.
