Mysigt hus tillgängligt för långtidsuthyrning i idylliska "Sommarbyn" utanför Sjöbo. Detta charmiga hus ligger strax utanför Sjöbo i ett lungt och naturskönt stugområde. Nära till hands finns det gott om naturområden och sjöar samt aktiviteter som fiske och golf. Man tar sig även smidigt in till både Malmö och Lund med expressbuss. Söker en ordentlig person/familj som vill ta hand om vårt välskötta hus. Huset är charmigt möblerat och hyrs ut fullutrustat med allt som syns på bilderna, inklusive en stor uppfart med plats för flera bilar, garage/verkstad, stor tomt och rymligt uterum med mycket ljusinsläpp. Kontakt mig så berättar jag gärna mer om huset eller området. ------ Cozy house available for long-term rental in idyllic "Sommarbyn" outside Sjöbo. This charming house is located just outside Sjöbo in a quiet and scenic area. Close at hand there are plenty of natural areas and lakes as well as activities such as fishing and golf. You can also easily get to both Malmö and Lund by express bus. Looking for a neat person/family who wants to take care of our well-kept house. The house is charmingly furnished and is rented out fully equipped with everything shown in the pictures, including a large driveway with space for several cars, garage / workshop, large plot and spacious conservatory with lots of light.
