Extremely cozy 1 BR cottage with an open fireplace, 3-minutes from the subway in Mälarhöjden (red line). It is located in a beautiful garden with BBQ, outdoor chairs, tables and gardening possibility. Furnished with double bed, sofa, and a kitchen table. It has floor heating, a nice bathroom and a small kitchen with 2 stove plates and a refrigerator. Note: no freezer and no oven, BUT there is an airfryer and we have an extra freezer in the house if you need. Laundry machine and dryer is shared with us in our villa. We have rented out for years and that has never been a problem. The cottage used to be a music studio where classic Swedish songs have been composed. We rent out to have an extra income and because we like having open and cool people in our vicinity. Heating, electricity, internet (fiber), water, etc., are all included. I'm in Tech and my wife is an author and a coach, we have two kids and a dog.
