Collective Sunshine in Stockholm has been around since 2010 and we now have a room free. Rent is 4500 SEK/month including electricity, internet, heating, water etc. The house is located in Spånga and is about 10 km away from the central station on super nice bicycle roads by the water (or you can take the blue metro-line, the green metro-line or the commuter train... there are lots of public transport options here). We prefer international candidates to keep the house an international environment. Our “perfect” new housemate (you don’t have to be all of these to get the room): Non smoker Vegetarian/Vegan (although there are meat eaters in the house too, but even those usually eat very little meat at home) Alcohol free (well, you CAN drink alcohol if you really want to… just not at home, we want our house to be a “safe space” so to speak) You are probably between 25-50 years old. (We want you to have some experience living away from your parents before you come here...) Oh, and we are definitely looking for social people. There are a lot of board games, hugging (for those who want), hanging out, movie evenings and cooking going on at home.
