We are a family who is renting out a student room in the basement of our house, available from May 1st. We are looking for a responsible and friendly student who wants a quiet and comfortable place to live during their studies. About the accommodation: 12 sqm Furnished Shared kitchen and bathroom (with one other student, right now Milena from Germany) Separate entrance Quiet neighborhood (Norby) Cycling distance to BMC, Ångström, and SLU Close to public transport and grocery store Rent: 4500 SEK/month (including electricity, heating, water, and internet) Deposit: 2 months’ rent (refundable upon move-out) Additional information: Non-smoking and no pets Interested?
