A cosy furnished 25 m² room is available in our villa in Mölndal. The monthly rent is 6000 SEK and includes furnishings as shown in the pictures. If needed, the room can also be available for move-in as early as mid-August. The house is spacious (170 m²) and offers plenty of room for all tenants. It is ideal for students, PhD students, or researchers connected to AstraZeneca, the University of Gothenburg, or Chalmers University of Technology. Who lives here currently My 9-year-old daughter and I live on the ground floor and use the two bedrooms there. You will have one of the two smaller bedrooms on the upper floor. The upper floor is mainly shared with calm and serious international students and researchers from the University of Gothenburg, Chalmers, and AstraZeneca, contributing to a respectful, peaceful, and harmonious living environment.
