The apartment has new kitchen, modern bathroom, fresh floor/walls and glass covered balcony. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and kitchen i.e. 3 ROK. There is Grossary shop (Coop), school, hospital, bus stop and big shopping area very close by. From Lund Station, it takes 10 mins to walk. Apartment is semi-furnished and comes with almirahs, sofas, bed, dining table and some furniture. It is in one of the best associations in Lund with green spaces, Grilling area and Kids play areas. The rent includes heating and water. Internet, Electricity & renter fee is additional. We are looking for decent couple or some one who is responsible and have permanent job. The rent varies if you want to take master bedroom or single room. Social support or non-working people, please excuse. Non-smokers and without pets preferred.
