We are renting out 1 room in a shared apartment of two (offered to women only) in the quite neighborhood of Linero. The apartment is on the top floor, corner position with nice view from the windows. Excellent bus connection to the city center and to university. Several facilities at only 2 minutes’ walk distance: supermarket, 24/7 gym, library, health center. Close to nature for relaxing walks. At very close distance: supermarket (300m), gym (300m), bus stop (50m, line 3 with direct connection to central station), tennis court (300m), walks in nature (200m) The apartment is 85 sqm, spacious, bright and in optimal condition. The first room is 20 sqm, single bed, with private bathroom (toilet and washbasin) and with full access to common areas. The room has a private entrance and with the possibility to lock it from the rest of the apartment. The second room is about 18 sqm, has a double bed and a big wardrobe. Common areas, (shared between the tenants) include: kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, shower. The apartment is fully and pleasantly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. One shared fridge and 1 freezer for each person. Washing machine and dryer available. Possibility to use locked storing space on the same floor as the apartment. Everything incluced in the rent, except houshold electricity (around 200:-/month)
