I am renting my 38 m² two-room apartment with a separate kitchen, one bedroom, and a living room. The layout makes the apartment feel spacious and practical, with clearly separated spaces for sleeping, relaxing, and cooking.vThe apartment is rented fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. This includes furniture, kitchenware, cookware, household essentials, and appliances, so you can move in without needing to bring much more than personal belongings. I’m renting out my apartment because I’ll be travelling abroad during the summer, and I’m looking for someone responsible who will enjoy living here and take good care of the home during that time. The apartment has convenient access to public transport. From Flemingsberg centrum, you can easily take the commuter train into Stockholm city centre. Flemingsberg centrum is about 4 minutes by bus or around 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. There is also a shopping centre located just outside the apartment, with additional shops, services, and grocery stores available at Flemingsberg centrum, making everyday errands very convenient.
