The accommodation is intended for a calm, quiet, clean, and respectful individual. Smoking and the use or abuse of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited. The rental agreement includes: Furnished room: • Bed (tenant provides own bed linen) • Lamp • Table and chair • Bookshelf • Closet Shared facilities: • Bathroom (tenant provides own towels) • Fully equipped kitchen • Laundry facilities Utilities included: • Electricity • Heating Rental conditions: • The room is intended for one occupant only. • Visitors are permitted once per month during weekends (from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning). • Two months’ rent is payable in advance.
