Room fully furnished. Available from 1/5 in the upper floor of our apartment which is shared with two other girls/students. This room is rented to one person/girl. The rent i includes free WiFi, heating, electricity. Access to kitchen, and some common areas in the apartment, laundry room, bicycle room. The area is Örgryte, it is central and walking distance to Avenyn, Nordstan, Delsjön and Skatås. Bus stop outside the house. In the area there is Lidl, Ica, restaurants, cafes, several gyms etc.
