Looking for a roommate in our cozy 4-room top-floor apartment near Möllan Available: 21. april - 31. august 2026 = 4+ months. (Prefered move-in date: No later than 1. may) Unfortunately our current roommate is moving out. That means, we are looking for our new third roommate to join our lively 78 sqm apartment, close to Möllevångstorget and Folkets Park. Its just a 15 min walk to Triangeln st or Södervärn (or 5 min by bike). The location and area is the perfect mix of a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, but still close to the lively part of Malmö, Möllan with shops, cafes, bars and everything you need nearby. You’ll have the smaller bedroom (7 sqm) located just by the entrance, and closest to the bathroom and kitchen. The room is fully furnished with everything you need: a bed that turns into a 140 cm bed for two, bedside shelf, wardrobe, a desk, chair, beddings, and more. Included is an extra wardrobe at the entrance. Furthermore theres a bigger storage room in the basement and a room to store your bike near the inner court yard. Rent: 3650 SEK. Internet: 150 SEK Electricity: Varies but last month was 235 SEK/person. Estimated total: 4000 SEK. Who will you be living with? We both like to keep the home and space tidy and clean, and we respect both social moments and individual needs for privacy. I have a section of the living room with a room divider. The living room is big, so there is still shared space available there. Who are we hoping for? Someone who is kind, respectful, tidy and share some of the same values like us. Its a big bonus if youre also into doing creative stuff, or just up to share cosy roommate time, going out, exploring new things in the city etc.
