**Two rooms for rent in a shared basement apartment** We are looking for two new tenants to take over our contract for our basement apartment in a house shared with other students. This is a great opportunity for a social living environment, while still only sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other person. **LOCATION** Östgötavägen, southern Lund – right next to Stadsparken and only a 15 minute walk to campus. **THE APARTMENT CONSISTS OF:** * 2 bedrooms * Large shared kitchen/living area * Hallway * Bathroom with washing machine and dryer The common areas are partially furnished with a sofa, bar stools, storage cabinets, shelving system, and some basic kitchen equipment (dishes, a pot, microwave, etc.). It is also possible to arrange additional furniture with the landlord for the common area. We prioritize people who can move in on the dates listed above.
