I will start by finding tenants for the accommodations available from **June 1**, and then continue with later move-in dates. The properties are located in a calm and green area, approximately 1 km from Lund University School of Economics and Management and Lund Faculty of Engineering, and close to Skåne University Hospital. Address: Östratornsvägen 85 and 87, Lund I currently have several rooms becoming available with **different move-in dates** between **June 1 and September 11, 2026**, and with rents ranging from **5,050 SEK to 6,400 SEK/month**. All rooms are furnished and located in shared apartments where you share kitchen and bathroom with other tenants.
