Rent is 5000 SEK/Month, including all bills (WiFi, electricity, heating etc.) Additionally to your room, the apartment has a spacious kitchen and bathroom that you’ll share with your landlord, who is 66 and currently works part time as a personal assistant and writer, with a passion for biking, good food & a great interest in music, literature and sports. As I’ll be moving out end of February, I am helping my landlord to find a new tenant, preferably a (international) student in their 20s.
