I am renting out my room during the summer, from June 6th until September 4th. The monthly rent is 5,700 SEK. The room is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom, underfloor heating, a private fridge & freezer, a microwave, and a separate entrance. The room is 18 m² and located in a quiet and safe residential area close to nature. You will also have access to a laundry room, living room, balcony, fruit garden, and a large sunroom (22 m² glass room with underfloor heating and sliding doors), as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The location is very convenient: • 8–10 minutes to downtown (Brunnsparken/Central Station) by public transport • 4–5 minutes by car outside rush hour • Several bus lines operate frequently in the area: 18, 19, 40, 45, 52, and 143 The rent includes: • Furniture • Heating • Water • Electricity • 24h broadband internet The tenant must be a non-smoker. Female tenants only. If needed urgently, temporary accommodation in another room can also be provided free of charge until June 6th.
