A nice studio thats perfect no matter if youre working or studying. It suits up to 3 people, e.g. one person, a couple or a couple with a kid. Right outside are buses to the train station, to Malmö, etc. Only a few minutes by bike from Mårtenstorget and within a 10 min radius youve got Lund C/LTH/Economics School/SOL, etc. The building was built as a hotel, and part of it is still used as a hotel today which gives some extra benefits, such as the hotel facilities.
