We have one of 2 rooms (12 kvm.) for hire for a single occupant. Move-in date can be discussed. Both earlier or later We live in a house (190 square meters) in Staffanstorp, which is situated between Lund and Malmoe. Good connections with bus to these cities. https://www.skanetrafiken.se/english/ We are a family of two adults and two children (23 years and 18 years) who have let out rooms students from many different countries and continents. We in the family speak together Swedish, English, French and a bit of German) The rooms are placed near the bathroom and the kitchen on the ground floor. You will share the bathroom, toilet and shower, with the other student. We sleep on the first floor. Pets are not allowed. The rent will be 4000 SEK / month. The rent shall be paid at the end of the previous month (1 month ahead). Vi bor i ett hus i Staffanstorp (190 kvadratmeter) som ligger mellan Lund och Malmö. Bra förbindelse med buss till dessa städer. Vi är en familj med två barn på 23 och 18 år, och har hyrt ut rum till studenter från många olika länder och kontinenter. Vi i familjen talar tillsammans svenska, engelska, franska och lite tyska. Rummen är placerade nära badrummet och köket på bottenvåningen. Du delar badrum, wc och dusch med den andra studenten. Vi sover på ovanvåningen. Husdjur är inte tillåtna. Hyran är 4000 SEK / månad och ska betalas i slutet av månaden innan. Minimum uthyrningstid är 4 månader 3-5 minuters promenad till busshållplatsen för buss till Lund.
