Hej, Jag hyr ut min lägenhet i Trångsund, en 2:a om 60 kvm, till 12 rökfria personer. Lägenheten är belägen på fjärde våningen med hiss och hyrs ut möblerad. Uthyrningen sker då jag ska på tjänsteresa i ca 45 månader. Hyresperiod: 15 mars 31 juli (Flexibelt slutdatum beroende på hemresedatum) Lägenheten består av hall med garderober och walking-in-closet. Vardagsrum möblerat med matbord, soffgrupp och TV. Separat kök, sovrum med 160 x 200 cm säng och tre byråer. Hyra: 10 500 kr/månad I hyran ingår internet. El ingår upp till normal förbrukning (ca 300 kWh per månad). Angiven hyra avser 2025 års nivå och kommer att justeras under 2026 enligt ordinarie hyresökning.
