The apartment is being rented out due to the owner working abroad. The apartment is rented out as a studio with an open-plan layout and includes a kitchen with bar seating, a dining area for four, living room with TV area and sleeping area, bathroom, and an enclosed balcony. The apartment is originally a two-room apartment with a total area of 53 sqm, however the bedroom (approx. 8 sqm) will be locked and not used during the rental period, meaning the apartment is functionally rented as a studio. Bed arrangement (important information) The apartment is primarily rented out without a bed. The tenant is expected to bring or arrange their own bed. There is space for a 120 cm or 140 cm bed, and potentially a 160 cm bed if the sofa is moved slightly. There may be a possibility for a bed to be arranged upon agreement, however this cannot be guaranteed and should not be assumed.
