Im renting out my cozy studio apartment while my sambo and I are working overseas for the next two years. Im looking for someone who is calm, none-smoking and will take good care of the place during that time. The apartment is filled with natural light from windows on three sides and has a lovely balcony overlooking a small wooded area. Its on the second floor and the building has an elevator. The surroundings are calm and green, yet very well connected to the city. Included in the price are all utilities: water, heating, electricity, and high speed internet. The apartment is rented out fully furnished (without personal belongings) including a 120cm bed, sofa (with storage), cupboards, closet, table, chairs, shelves, TV, fully equipped kitchen and a small washing machine. The building has a bookable laundry room with washers, dryers, drying cabinets and communal iron. Rearranging the furniture or smaller changes like painting a wall or hanging up shelves can be agreed on on a case by case basis and as long as the apartment is put back to its original state when moving out. The place is very well connected to the city with 3-5 min to bus stations going both into the city or further south, east and west and 10 min walk to the tunnelbana which can get you into the city center in under 30 min, same time when biking. Private parking can be arranged for a fee. Nackareservatet is just around the corner for wonderful hikes and Flatenbadet is just a 15min bike ride away for a refreshing swim in summer.
