The apartment is rented out furnished (excluding the TV). The bathroom was renovated in May 2025 and has been moderately used since then, meaning its condition is more or less brand new. There is a laundry room in the building. Storage space is not included in the rental. The location of the apartment makes it convenient for you as a tenant to get to the city center either by walking (approximately a 10-minute walk to Sergels Torg) or via the subway, which is located within 30 meters of the building entrance (1 minute to the central station).
